Article 1 — Scope

These T&Cs apply between:

CHOCOLAT BLANC offers website creation, logos, graphic identities, print materials and social media services at fixed prices.

Article 2 — Commande & acceptation

Any order placed via the site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The order is validated after full payment via our secure provider Stancer.

A confirmation email is sent within 2 hours of payment. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute.

Article 3 — Prices

3.1 General

All prices are expressed in euros VAT included, displayed on the site at the time of ordering. Prices are firm and final.

3.2 Payment

Payment is full and immediate upon ordering, via the secure Stancer platform. Accepted payment methods: bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard).

Without payment, no service will be initiated. En cas de retard de paiement sur facture complémentaire éventuelle, des pénalités égales au taux BCE majoré de 10 points seront applicables, ainsi qu'une indemnité forfaitaire de 40 € pour frais de recouvrement.

Article 4 — Delivery times

These deadlines run from receipt of the complete brief by the Service Provider. In case of impossibility, the Client is fully refunded.

Article 5 — Exécution & modifications

Each offer includes one round of revisions on the initial delivery. Any additional revision will be subject to a separate quote.

The start of the service is conditional on receipt of the complete brief from the Client (information, texts, visual elements requested).

Article 6 — No guarantee of results

The Service Provider is subject to a best efforts obligation and not an obligation of result. CHOCOLAT BLANC does not guarantee the achievement of specific commercial objectives (turnover, traffic, SEO ranking) resulting from the services provided.

Article 7 — Intellectual property

From full payment, the Client acquires the rights to use the delivered creations for their professional activity. Source files remain the property of the Service Provider unless otherwise stated in the offer.

CHOCOLAT BLANC reserves the right to present creations in its portfolio, unless the Client objects in writing.

Article 8 — Data protection

Personal data collected during the order is used exclusively for processing and tracking it. See our for more details.

Article 9 — Loi applicable & juridiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Bordeaux.
